Call for Papers


The IEEE Conference on Innovative Technologies in Intelligent Systems & Industrial Application 2021 (CITISIA 2021) organized by the IEEE Student Branch, Charles Sturt University, will be held on  24, 25 & 26 November 2021 in virtual mode.

The technical program of the IEEE CITISIA’21 includes keynote speakers, and paper presentations. Papers related to this conference theme are particularly sought, including theories, methodologies, and emerging applications relevant to daily living.

Call for Contributing Papers

Prospective authors are invited to submit their full paper(s) electronically through the conference website. Papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee for technical merit and content. Only accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. If you do not present your paper at the conference, it will not be posted to Xplore however it will be an IEEE copyrighted and published paper as it will be in the conference proceedings

Paper Submission Guidelines

General Requirements:

All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period.

Papers are invited from prospective authors with interests in the indicated conference topics.

Full papers should be submitted to the conference to be considered for publication before the due date.

All accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors who must register for the conference and pay the fee.

Only personally presented papers can be nominated for the Best Paper competition and considered for publication in an expanded form in special issues for prestigious journals.

The authors are requested to avoid plagiarism and self-plagiarism in their works.

The paper must be presented in the conference to be eligible to be included in IEEE Explore conference proceedings.

Paper submission Template:

Authors are requested to provide a full paper of 10 pages maximum, and should strictly follow the IEEE Xplore author template provided by IEEE. The template for the paper submission can be accessed here or you can download it from IEEE official site.

Papers should be submitted as PDF file via the Microsoft CMT system.
